Whatever happened to "money can't buy happiness"? There's two sides to Natalie's choice. One one hand, becoming sexually active can be a beautiful activity. Not true. I've lived in Nevada for 26 years and the State doesn't sell/issue licenses for prostitution. Prostitution is legal in most counties (except for Clark County..Las Vegas & Washoe County..Reno). The brothel where the "transaction" will take place is a licensed brothel; not by the State, but by the county in which it resides. On a side note, for those who look down their noses at Nevada; Rhode Island permits prostitution State wide without the requirement of licensure nor regular medical check-ups for the "ladies".
